Annie Blampied was ordained in 2004, after 25 years as a Steiner Waldorf Education. She was a member of the Findhorn Foundation and the co founder of the Morary Steiner School. She became a Waldorf teacher trainer, and adviser to Steiner teachers in the UK and USA, and speaker on holistic education. As an interfaith minister she has a full spiritual counselling practice, and performs weddings, baby blessings and funerals. She teaches Forgiveness as a pathway to Peace, and writes a blog about Forgiveness. She has been a teacher and student of A Course in Miracles for ten years, and is also inspired by the Advaita teachings of Mooji. Whilst a universal theology is impossible, she believes that a universal experience is not only possible but necessary. Based on this idea, she co-founded Interfaith Vision, with Anglican priest Rev Alan Bayes, holistic activist Nigel Anthony, and Interfaith Minister Rev Razia Aziz. A non-denominational, non-profit organisation, Interfaith Vision are hosting a two day free event, funded by the Big Lottery on July 3rd and 4th, called Peace in the Heart of the City. Annie will be speaking about the work of Interfaith Vision, dedicated to working with others to create a new vision for Interfaith Encounter.
